easyGOV - Electronic Goverance
The easyGOV is an online platform (Portal), which is been developing continuously by easyTECH to meet all the needs of a modern Portal. The easyGOV is the mean of communication and contact with the citizen - visitor of the portal. Provides not only comprehensive information, but also direct interaction with the visitor. Every citizen can subscribe to the list of users of the portal and use online services to make requests, complaints, to look for jobs in the region, but also to communicate directly with an employee of the relevant service department. The easyGOV CMS has been set by reference to the standard most popular Content Management Systems (CMS), and its aim is the easy and efficient content management of the portal of the Public or Private Organization.
System users are divided into groups (user groups) and have access to classified discrete points of the platform. The organization of users' access levels ensures maximum security, avoidance of mistakes and scaled validation of the portal contents.On the side of the agency does not require any special technical equipment, as every authorized user has access to the system from any PC being accessible on the Internet.
